Last Updated: 02/05/2026 Aureum AI, LLC ("Aureum," "we," "our," or "us") provides a software platform for real estate professionals to monitor and manage client communication related to active real estate transactions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
We may collect the following categories of information: • Account information (name, email address, company name) • Phone numbers associated with agents and their clients • Message content and communication activity processed within the platform • Usage data related to how the platform is accessed and used We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the service.
We use collected information to: • Provide and operate the Aureum platform • Enable communication between agents and their own clients • Monitor communication patterns to detect silence and provide alerts • Generate draft responses and system recommendations • Improve product performance and reliability • Provide customer support We do not use personal data for advertising or marketing to end clients.
Aureum enables real estate agents to communicate with their own clients regarding active real estate transactions. Messages sent through the platform are: • One-to-one • Initiated by agents or triggered by contextual workflow events • Not used for promotional or mass marketing campaigns Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Clients receive messages as part of an existing business relationship with their agent. Agents are responsible for ensuring they have obtained proper consent from recipients before sending messages using the platform.
Clients may opt out of messaging at any time by replying "STOP". Clients may request assistance by replying "HELP". When an opt-out is received: • Messaging to that number is permanently blocked by the system • Agents cannot override or reset opt-out status Agents may also place contacts in Do Not Disturb (DND) mode, which disables monitoring and messaging for those contacts.
Phone numbers used for messaging are assigned by Aureum to agent accounts for service operation. • Numbers are dedicated to individual agent accounts • Numbers are not owned by agents • Numbers are retired when an account is closed or trial ends • Numbers are not reassigned to other agents
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers solely to operate the platform, including: • SMS and messaging service providers (such as Twilio or similar providers) • Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers • Payment processors (such as Stripe, when billing is enabled) These providers are contractually required to protect information and use it only to provide services to Aureum.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. After account termination: • Data is deleted or anonymized within approximately 30–60 days • Backup copies may persist briefly for disaster recovery purposes before permanent deletion
